2014 CHS Musical Showcase PA Announcements

7:00 pm: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2014 Canterlot High School Musical Showcase! The 18th annual event is presented by the Flim Flam Brothers Emporium. "Flim Flam Brothers Emporium. Everything Under the Sun!" (Reads safety rules) We would like you to please rise and remove your hats for the singing of Equestria's national anthem. Presenting tonight's colors are the Canterlot Police Force sheriff, Silver Star, the Canterlot Fire Department Honor Guard, and retired Equestria Army staff sergeant Granny Smith. And now, here to perform the national anthem of Equestria are Princess Cadance and Shining Armor!"
(National Anthem plays)
7:05 pm: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the superintendent of the Canterlot School District, Mr. Night Light Sparkle!"
7:15 pm: "Here to perform with her musical saw, here's Derpy Hooves!
7:22 pm: "Here to perform their newest single, here is Flash Drive!"
7:30 pm: "Attention everyone, it is now time for the 2014 Canterlot High School Musical Showcase battle of the bands! Please welcome Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!"
7:45 pm: "Here to perform "Tricks Up My Sleeve", here is our first finalist, Trixie Lulamoon and her backing band, the Illusions!"
7:56 pm: "Ladies and gentlemen, here with a special performance of their piano ballad are Lyra Heartstrings and Sweetie Drops!"
8:04 pm: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the rockin' Cutie Mark Crusaders!
8:15 pm: "Here to perform their new song "Welcome to the Show, here are our second finalists, Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, and Sonata Dusk, the Dazzlings!"
(Rainbooms break Dazzlings' spell)
8:30 pm: "Ladies and gentlemen, your attention please. Due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, Princess Celestia has shut down the battle between the Dazzlings and the Illusions as a precautionary measure. The result of this battle is under further review by the Board of Education of Canterlot. Please be patient while the board tries to determine the winner of the competition. Thank you for your patience."
(crowd throws food at the Dazzlings; Trixie leaves)
8:36 pm: "The result of the battle has not yet been determined by the Board of Education. While we await the board's confirmation, we would like you to enjoy a performance of "Dancing Queen" by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!"
8:42 pm: "It is taking a longer amount of time than expected for the Board of Education to determine the winner of the battle. Until we receive the results of the battle, here's a video recap of what happened during the competition.
8:47 pm - PA Announcement: "Ladies and gentlemen, your attention please. Mr. Night Light Sparkle, the superintendent of the Canterlot School District, is about to make an important announcement regarding the results of the final battle between the Dazzlings and the Illusions. It is extremely important that you pay close attention to this announcement. Thank you for your cooperation."
8:49 pm - Superintendent Announcement: "Ladies and gentlemen, your attention please. This is an important announcement from the Canterlot School District Superintendent of Schools. After further review, the board of education has found both the Dazzlings and Trixie and the Illusions responsible for committing severe violations of the competition's rules. The Dazzlings utilized dark magic against the entire school, while Trixie and the Illusions illegally reentered the competition after having been eliminated in the semifinals against the Rainbooms. Both of the bands did these actions to gain unfair advantages against the fourteen other competitors. According to the competition's rulebook, the utilization of dark magic and the reentry of a competitor into the competition after an elimination are strictly prohibited. A violation of one or both of these rules will result in an automatic disqualification. Therefore, the Dazzlings and Trixie and the Illusions have both been disqualified from the competition. The winners of the 2014 Canterlot High School Musical Showcase by means of a double disqualification are the Rainbooms!"
